TAWA organized its first Book Club discussion session on December 4. The book of the month was “Crescent and Star” by Stephen Kinzer. The book talked about Turkey’s journey during its democratization, the challenges faced during this process and how the Turkish Republic dealt with these.The discussion session was very rewarding and engaging. We are looking forward to the next discussion session which will be on the book : “Yes, I Would Love Another Cup of Tea” by Katharine Branning.
