TAWA organized the 2nd session of Turkish Cuisine Classes on February 11th, Saturday.  We had Collard Greens Soup from the Black Sea Region of Turkey, Chicken Kapama, Green Beans and traditional dessert Gullac.  Besides demonstration of delicious Turkish dishes, we watched videos on Turkey and Turkish folk dance. We will have the next session on February 25th. Please join us for the feast!
