The economic crisis continue to bring new faces of hunger to the world, many for the first time in their lives, and through no fault of their own. On July 14th, Turkish ladies volunteered for food packing to help the growing number of children, families and seniors in need inNorth Texas. The “Full on Faith” campaign was organized by North Texas Food Bank.
The North Texas Food Bank (NTFB) is a social benefit organization located in Dallas, which was founded about 30 years ago. The organization distributes donated, purchased and prepared foods through a network of nearly 1,000 feeding programs in 13 North Texas counties. The NTFB supports the nutritional needs of children, families and seniors through education, advocacy and strategic partnerships.
